After hosting DITA VON TEESE’s sold-out shows for 10 nights at The Roxy in LA, Murray joined her in a completely sold out House of Blues Tour in New Orleans, Houston and Dallas this past summer. The tour will continue in 2012, so please keep an eye out! Burlesque and Murray Hill coming to a city near you soon! xooo
06.27.11 Murray on Real Housewives of NY
Oh boy, this was a fun cameo to make! Thursday, June 23rd I was on the “16 and Skip the Sweet” episode of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York. Dirty Martini and I were guests at Jill Zarin’s birthday party at Chez Josephine in NYC. I got a few zingers in to Simon and confused Ramona. The beautiful and way cool Countess LuAnn gave me a great shout out. The episode is replaying on Bravo now. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did! Showbiz!

I’m excited to announce the documentary about the legendary diner Florent has been released. You can catch it in select cities and it’s available on iTunes and coming soon to Netflix. Florent, the man, and the diner was one of my all time favorite NYC joints. I performed there–actually on the counter–many many times for Bastille Day, Election Day, Halloween, New Years and other special events. I always felt welcome and like family any time I stepped into the joint. I performed the final night before closing…that and a few other bits made it into the movie. Please go support this movie and learn about a magical time in the city.

Gang, this May we rocked the house at one of my favorite venues The Roxy on Sunset in LA. Sold-out all four shows with fantastic audiences. Dita performed her Opium act to a room full of gasps! I had a great time doing some high-octane “crowd work”….so many memorable moments and characters out there. Wowzie. Hoping to announce more shows with Dita soon, so come back for more.
